Marlaine Pretorius

Marlaine Pretorius, PCC, EMCC SP is a leadership and team coach, facilitator, and thinking partner with more than 30 years of business experience. She has held senior and executive roles across many industries, worked extensively in Sub-Saharan Africa, and spent four years based in the British Isles as a general manager and director of an offshore office.

Marlaine thinks of her work as accompaniment: working alongside clients to articulate and realize how they wish to live, work, and lead. Depending on what a client needs, she works at the intersection of mindset, character, meaning-making, complexity, somatics, and systems. Marlaine founded Omnicentre in South Africa to further this work.

Marlaine is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC). Her certifications include Jungian coaching, TCGA team coaching (advanced certificate), Enneagram and Hogan, Tilt 365 Master Agility Practitioner, ecopsychology (Pacifica Institute), neurodiversity (Florida State University), Work That Reconnects facilitation, and TRE. She is currently completing the Advanced Pneumanity Breathwork Practitioner course.
