Leanna Barwick

Leanna Barwick, PCC, BDes is a professional coach, facilitator, and learning designer whose work brings together leadership development, relationship systems coaching, experiential learning, and creative practice.

For more than a decade, Leanna has worked with individuals, teams, and organizations navigating leadership, collaboration, conflict, change, and growth. She is particularly interested in how people make sense of complexity together and in designing conditions for learning, participation, experimentation, and meaningful action.

Leanna is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC), and holds a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Digital Futures from OCAD University. She is Founder and Principal of Creative Rising Coaching and Consulting Inc. Her creative interests include game design, food and fermentation, gardening, sustainability design, and exploring how we shape, measure, and learn from complex systems.
