Career development and leadership
Juliet Ijere, MBA, CBAP, CSM, FMVA helps mid-to-senior professionals in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Leadership land roles that reflect what they are capable of. She is the Founder of Solstice HQ, a career acceleration and talent placement platform, and brings more than 15 years of banking and fintech experience to the work.
Juliet's own career has never been a straight line, and she does not think it was supposed to be. She spent a decade building her way up in banking operations, then chose to uproot everything and move to Canada to study business management, raising three children while going back to school. She graduated into the job market as a migrant told she lacked "Canadian experience," and landed a business analyst role weeks before her graduation anyway. She went on to hold three BA positions. Along the way, she found herself informally coaching fellow students through interview prep, drafting their stories, rehearsing their scripts, watching them get hired. That instinct to walk alongside people through the hardest, most uncertain part of a career change became Solstice HQ.
Her education includes an MBA (University of South Wales, 2020) and a financial modelling and valuation certification (2018), along with her CBAP and CSM designations. Outside of work, Juliet loves to read and travel the world to experience nature and diverse cultures.
